Australian Sharon Rai Brides! - Victoria BC

Carrie & Monica, twin sisters, flew in from Australia to get married at The Lodge at Weirs Beach here in Victoria, BC.  Not only do they share the same birthday, now they share the same wedding date!  It was great, both sisters, bridesmaids, and brides, on the same day.  I met the ladies a few days before their wedding at the studio, we had a wedding day preview for each of them, this is when the bride and I spend time on their look, customizing their vision, and ensuring everything is perfect on the wedding day.

The Sharon Rai Hair & Makeup Artistry team arrived in the morning with, Monica and her bridal party first, and Carrie and her party in the afternoon.  Monica, the first bride, has shoulder length hair, we added extensions to giver her the fullness and length.  With her makeup, we went heavier on the eyes, and kept everything else flawless.  Carrie was second to walk down the aisle, we kept her makeup soft, defining her eye.

Sikh & Hindu Wedding, Victoria BC.

The first wedding in June was Pia & Rajans in Victoria, BC.  The day turned out to be fabulous.  In the early morning, Sharon Rai Hair & Makeup Artistry arrived, styling Pia for her Sikh Ceremony, then in the afternoon, for her Hindu Ceremony in Bear Mountain.  Followed by the next day, getting her all dolled up for her reception!  The wedding & reception was blogged by their photographers EA Photography.  Congratulations Pia & Rajan you two looked amazing!

Victoria Pre-Wedding Photo Shoot!

As our wedding is soon approaching, Kal & I had our first pre-wedding photo shoot in Victoria.  It was a beautiful sunny day, shooting all over Victoria with Anna & Rebecca from BK Studios.  I was impressed with the wonderful video they made on us!  They are an amazing, and talented team, making it an overall great experience.
