New Years Eve St. Ann's Academy Wedding Makeup Artist - Sharon Rai

New Year Eve weddings are a festive way to ring in the new year!  This year we had the pleasure to work with Jaime Faford, and her bridal party.  Sharon Rai Hair & Makeup Artistry arrived on-location to Renes Hair Studio in Victoria, BC.  Rene did a great job on the hairstyles!  With Jaime's makeup, we wanted to create a dramatic and feminine, smokey eye, which was a popular makeup trend for 2010.  We choose neutral colors for her lips and cheeks, so they wouldn't distract from the bold eyes.  

BK Studios Design Photography did an amazing video for the couple, the wedding took place at St. Ann's Academy, they both looked stunning.

Business Portfolio Makeup Artist - Sharon Rai

Sharon Rai Hair & Makeup Artistry had the pleasure working with the beautiful Lora Lonesberry, for her business portfolio photo-shoot with the ladies at BK Studio's.  Lora arrived to our urban-styled studio, where we created her look, we wanted to enhance her beautiful features, while giving her the signature 'simply radiant look', she looked fabulous!  Lora is the owner of Creating Occasions, and has been a pastry chef for over 25 years, offering baking classes, cooking classes and custom cakes - Wedding Cakes!  We had the opportunity to work with Lora again, a few weeks after for another great shoot!

Sexy in the City Event Victoria BC - Sharon Rai Makeup & Hair Artist

It was pleasure to work with BK Studios for there Sexy in the City 2010 Event!  Sharon Rai Hair & Makeup Artistry had a great time creating the looks, soft voluminous curls, with sexy smoky eyes.  The ladies were fabulous to work on, breathtaking views, great conversation, and amazing images!  Here is a sneak peak!

Victoria Pre-Wedding Photo Shoot!

As our wedding is soon approaching, Kal & I had our first pre-wedding photo shoot in Victoria.  It was a beautiful sunny day, shooting all over Victoria with Anna & Rebecca from BK Studios.  I was impressed with the wonderful video they made on us!  They are an amazing, and talented team, making it an overall great experience.
