SR Bride Engagement Session with Glimmer Films | Abbotsford, BC

Sharon Rai Hair & Makeup Artistry had fun creating SR Bride Bal's look for her Engagement Session with Glimmer Films.  We arrived on-location to her parents house in Abbotsford BC, the look we created was to enhance Bal's beautiful features.  We went with more of a smokier eye, contoured skin and neutral lip, for hair, we added in extensions to create a full look with soft curls.

The couple, Bal & Prince looked amazing, watch their fun Engagement Session with Glimmer Films, which took place at Grouse Mountain Resort.

Kal & I were excited to pick a videographer for the wedding!  We wanted the day to be captured in our eyes, we aren't fans of the traditional wedding video.  I personally find they are long and time consuming.  I looked into many different vendors, trying to find something unique, short, sweet, with style and out of the norm.  After a few months of research, I happened to come across Glimmer Films Wedding Cinema, they were exactly what we were looking for, and fit the criteria perfectly.  I spoke with Kamal Sandur, she made the booking process easy.  Im excited to work with them, stay tuned for footage from 'Sharon & Kal's big fat indian wedding'.

She continuously attends seminars, takes classes, and works on numerous portfolio building projects to keep current on the latest products, techniques and trends. Today Sharon offers clients mobile luxury bridal hairstyling and makeup artist services throughout Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland. Her expertise is constantly growing to include photography, and styling of photo-shoots.

Sharon Rai specializes in East Indian and South Asian bridal. She is trained to put on sarees, drape dupatas, assist brides with all the traditional bridal custom accessories, and is fluent in Punjabi.
